Mare is the sea in Italian. The gentle wash of blues evokes the serenity yet also the immense might of the ocean. The pattern is block-printed by hand by skilled artisans on percale cotton and with natural cotton batting. To finish, each quilt is hand-stitched using a traditional unknotted running-stitch technique. It's reversible, too.
